Once you have selected the "Cheque Pickup Option", our logistics partners M/s Skypak Financial Services will pick up the cheque from the address mentioned by you.
They may contact you on the phone to fix a time for pick-up or may visit you directly. Please allow upto 7 days after placing the order for the pick-up
If your cheque has not yet been picked up, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The cheque pickup process may be delayed in case the area/pincode is not serviceable by our logistic partners.
It could be due to incomplete or incorrect address specified at the time of placing the order. If your cheque has not been picked up after 7 days from placing your order, please arrange to send us your cheque/DD on the name of Rediff.com India Limited with your email id and your order number on the back of the cheque/DD to the following address:
