"I have renewed my Rediffmail Mobile account and opted for a cheque pickup, but nobody has come as yet to collect the cheque."
Once you have selected the "Cheque Pickup Option", our logistics partners M/s Skypak Financial Services will pick up the cheque from the address mentioned by you.

They may contact you on the phone to fix a time for pick-up or may visit you directly. Please allow upto 7 days after placing the order for the pick-up

If your cheque has not yet been picked up, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
  • The cheque pickup process may be delayed in case the area/pincode is not serviceable by our logistic partners.

  • It could be due to incomplete or incorrect address specified at the time of placing the order. If your cheque has not been picked up after 7 days from placing your order, please arrange to send us your cheque/DD on the name of Rediff.com India Limited with your email id and your order number on the back of the cheque/DD to the following address:
