"I have lost my password and am unable to log into my account."
You can retrieve your password online. Please follow the procedure given below to retrieve your password:
1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
2. Enter your username and click the "Submit" button.
3. Enter the details of your "Date of Birth", "City of Residence" and "Country of Residence" exactly as you had filled in the Registration Form.
4. Enter the answer to your "Hint Question".
5. A new password will be displayed on the page. You can login to your account using this password.
