"I forgot my Rediff Business Solutions username and password. What should I do?"
It is likely that you are using an incorrect username and/or password to login. Please check if you are using the correct password to access your account. If you have forgotten your password and need to retrieve it, you can do so online as follows:
1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link in the login page.
2. Enter your login name and click the "Submit" button.
3. Enter the details of your "Date of Birth", "City of Residence" and "Country of Residence" exactly as you had filled in the Registration Form.
4. Enter the answer to your "Hint Question".
5. A new password would be displayed on the page. You would have to login to your account using this password.
